Contract Administrations’s strength lies in our team of professionals that comprises nearly two hundred individuals across Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our affiliate business support practices add further depth to our expertise, with an additional 200 legal, accounting, audit and tax advisory staff.

Our breadth and depth of talent enable us to work closely with our clients to provide integrated and cost-effective business process solutions. We draw on the skills and experience from across our organization, which include outsourcing, HR, payroll, law, accounting and IT consulting and implementation.

Management Team

Magdalena Aleksandrowicz

has worked for Contract Administration since 1991, the very beginning of the company’s operations and she is currently our Business Process Outsourcing Director. Her responsibilities include operational and quality control of outsourced business processes, including payroll administration and implementation, and customer support with respect to joint outsourcing solutions, and employee training and development. She has implemented a number of major HR and payroll projects on our SAP platform for international companies in Poland in various industrial sectors. She is also a qualified tax advisor.

Małgorzata Cygan

is the Operations Director of the Contract Administration office in Wrocław. She has headed the office since 1994 and has successfully implemented finance and HR and payroll outsourcing projects for companies located in south-western Poland. Her numerous years of experience in customer service and project implementation relating to HR and payroll services is a guarantee of high-quality services provided by Contract Administration. Małgorzata Cygan is well travelled having spent several years in South Africa working for an international insurance company. She is interested in social psychology.

Magdalena Czekalska

is the Operations Director of Contract Administration in Łódź. Magda has numerous years experience in payroll and human resources and has worked at the highest levels on major projects. Her responsibilities include implementing innovative payroll solutions for clients and tailoring our services to the client’s requirements. In addition to her client facing role and practical approach to delivering professional services, she also takes on business development for the office in order to integrate Contract Administration into the local business community. Magda is a social and open person who enjoys playing team sports like basketball and volleyball.

Beata Osolińska

is Operations Manager of Contract Administration's Kraków office. She has extensive experience in managing SAP ERP HCM implementation projects, in particular for companies with complex corporate structures. She is interested in film and literature and is also a keen sports player.
