Deciding factors may include employee numbers as well as the client’s requirement for system sophistication:

• for companies employing up to 200 individuals or with a simple organisational structure, we usually recommend solutions using our Xpertis Personel application.
• for companies employing over 200 individuals or using international corporate structures, we usually recommend using our SAP ERP Human Capital Management platform.
