Monthly services include:

  • Calculating net salaries, including all bonuses and deductions
  • Calculating income tax and social and health insurance contributions
  • Keeping employee benefit cards
  • Generating client payroll and making it available to the client
  • Generating data for accounting needs
  • Preparing salary surveys and lists
  • Printing and providing the client with individual payslips
  • Issuing certificates of remuneration to employees
  • Performing electronic transfers relating to remuneration, income taxes, social insurance and health insurance contributions
  • Preparing declarations required by law and sending them to the relevant Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
  • Contacting the relevant Social Insurance Institution, Tax Office and other institutions
  • Ongoing contact and support for the client with regard to the above services

Year-end services include:

  • Preparing annual PIT tax returns, including printing, sorting and signing
  • Providing copies of PIT-11/40 forms to client management’s and employees’ respective tax offices
  • Providing copies of PIT-11/40 forms to the client for distribution to management and employees
