History of company
Contract Administration was created out of a legal company named TGC operating as early as at the beginning of the 20th century in London. In response to a growing interest of clients in activity in the Polish market, in 1990 TGC opened its first office in Warsaw. Foreign investors were allocating their capital in Poland more willingly and they needed support with registration of their companies. However, such support quickly proved to be insufficient – clients needed everyday support with accounting and tax complexities as well as with provisions regulating employment. Legal and administrative support proved to be necessary.
The impetus with which the Polish market was developing and growing needs of clients forced TGC to extend its activities and then to specialize its services. In 1991 the first office of Contract Administration was opened, which initially dealt with administrative services for TGC Clients, but today provides professional support in the area of payroll processing services and personnel administration services for all enterprises that needs such support.
The team of Contract Administration became acquainted with the best Western standards of conducting business activity, and at the same time participated in the most intensive social and economic changes which took place in Poland in the 1990s. It was a unique opportunity for development and gaining huge experience which currently pays off in terms of cooperation with more than 500 clients.
Today Contract Administration operates in the group of companies which apart from comprehensive legal services and payroll and personnel services offer professional support in the area of accounting, audit, tax and business consulting in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The whole group employs almost 500 Employees, half of which is employed in Contract Administration. These numbers are still growing, what strengthens the position of each of the companies of the group in the market.
