HR and payroll – this is our specialisation and passion

We are a pioneer of payroll and HR outsourcing in Central and Eastern Europe. We have been operating since the early 1990s, constantly developing, creating new technological solutions and meeting our clients’ expectations. 

We employ over 250 specialists in 7 offices in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, providing companies with professional support in the broadly defined HR area. We work for large international corporations as well as much smaller companies operating on the local market. We provide services to clients from various sectors, tailoring the scope of our support to their unique needs.

Our services include payroll calculation, social security support, working time settlement, PPK support, managing benefits and HR administration. We also offer support for employment and onboarding processes, employee development and assessment and the optimisation of HR processes. 

We offer high quality payroll and HR solutions, ensuring a cooperation model tailored to the client’s needs – based on our systems, on a mixed model or on the client’s systems. We also offer modern IT tools supporting the automation of HR processes. Thanks to our extensive experience, we have created our own platform, Asistar, which is used by more than 100 000 of our clients’ employees.

We constantly expand our knowledge in the area of labour law, tax law and social insurance by keeping up with the changing needs of our clients and adapting to the dynamic changes in legislation. We are eager to share our knowledge, offering our clients substantive support at every stage of our cooperation.

Our offices are located in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We offer a full range of services at each location:

  • payroll services, i. e., payroll calculation, drafting of payroll documentation
  • HR services, i.e., keeping employee records, HR audits;
  • social security services;
  • business process outsourcing, e.g., employment cost optimisation

Each of our offices is locally managed, thus guaranteeing market-specific knowledge, efficient communication and quick decision-making.

The presence of Contract Administration specialists at our clients’ premises also facilitates our support for any kind of audits carried out by external institutions, including:
