Elżbieta Miękus

COO of CA in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia

Elżbieta, as Chief Operating Officer is responsible for managing Contract Administration’s operational activity in Poland as well as Czech Republic and Slovakia.

She has been employed in Contract Administration since January 2015. She has wide experience in managing enterprises providing services for individual and business clients in various areas of financial market, insurance market and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Elżbieta successfully managed comprehensive programs and projects related to i.a. the development and implementation of organizational and system changes as well as optimization of processes, including projects in the area of IT and business. She was responsible for redesigning processes of client service in one of the biggest banks and an insurance company in Poland.
