Quality assurance
Employees of Contract Administration are constantly improving their qualifications by participating in industry-based training, internal audits and jointly participating in the development of the highest standards of services provided by our company. We adapt to the requirements and expectations of our clents while ensuring compliance with not only provisions arising from obligations towards state institutions, but also with international quality management standards as well as with our internal procedures and internal procedures of our clents.
Since 2007 we have had a quality management system implemented which is consistent with an international standard ISO 9001. Certification by an independent entity named DNV-GL confirms that our services in the area of personnel and payroll outsourcing fulfil strict requirements of our clents, they are provided at an appropriate quality level and they fulfil legal requirements.
In 2013 we implemented and certified an information security management system which is consistent with an international standard ISO 27001. Certification by an independent entity named TÜV NORD Polska confirms that the requirements of the standard with regard to data security are fulfilled and that assets, such as i.a. financial information, personal data and intellectual property, are secure.

In 2015 we underwent an audit of conformity of our processes with the requirements of the International Standard on Assurance Engagements ISAE 3402 by an auditor.
Type-I Report confirmed correctness of the inspections conducted over our personnel and payroll processes in terms of financial security of our clents and correctness of the services provided by us.
Also, our company is a member of a prestigious association named ABSL (Association of Business Service Leaders in Poland) – an industry organization which represents the sector of modern business services in Poland. Also, many our clents are members in ABSL– which is even a more distinction for us.
