Newsletter Terms and Conditions

These Newsletter Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) define the right and obligations of the parties to a service provided electronically over a telecommunications network on the following website: T&C constitute an agreement template within the meaning of article 384 of the Civil Code dated 23 April 1964 (Polish Journal of Laws Dz.U. of 1964 no. 16 item 93, as amended; hereinafter “Civil Code”).

Preparation of these T&C fulfils the duty defined in article 8 section 1 item 1 of the act on electronic provision of services dated 18 July 2002 (Polish Journal of Laws Dz.U. no. 144 item 1204, as amended).

Acceptance of these T&C constitutes agreement to conclude a contract with the Administrator under the conditions defined within these T&C.

Section 1. General Provisions

I Definitions

  1. Terms used in these T&C shall have the following meaning:
    1. Commercial Information – commercial information within the meaning of the act on electronic provision of services dated 18 July 2002 (Polish Journal of Laws Dz.U. no. 144 item 1204, as amended);
    2. Newsletter – a message provided by e-mail, containing commercial information within the meaning of the act on electronic provision of services dated 18 July 2002 (Polish Journal of Laws Dz.U. no. 144 item 1204, as amended);
    3. Website – the news site found at
    4. T&C – these Newsletter Terms and Conditions;
    5. Administrator - Contract Administration Sp. z o.o.;
    6. User – any Newsletter service subscriber;
    7. Service – the Newsletter service.

Section 2. Types and scope of services provided electronically

  1. I Scope of services
  1. The Services offered by the Administrator through the Newsletter consist in:
    1. provision of the Newsletter containing marketing information, and in particular Commercial Information about the Administrator’s services;
    2. provision of information about the latest trade changes by the Administrator.
  2. Upon acceptance of these T&C by the person entering data in the registration form, a contract for electronic provision of services is concluded. As of that moment the Administrator is obliged to provide the services set forth in these T&C.

Section 3. Terms and conditions of electronic provision of services

    1. System requirements that must be satisfied for the Newsletter to work correctly:
      1. PC with a [1.5GHz/2.5GHz] CPU,
      2. MS Windows XP SP3, Vista SP1 (Home Basic version excluded), Windows 7 (Home Basic version excluded), Windows 8, and Windows 10,
      3. [1GB/5GB] of free hard drive space,
      4. RAM: XP [512MB/1GB], Vista, Windows 7 [1GB/2GB],
      5. Screen resolution [1024×768/1280×1024],
      6. Mouse,
      7. Keyboard,
      8. MS Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
    2. The systems and applications used by the Administrator ensure a high level of security and protection of personal data. However, the User should be aware that using the Newsletter service requires using a public telecommunications network (the internet), which is associated with elevated risk of the following threats:
      1. the possibility of receiving spam, or unsolicited advertising (commercial) messages provided electronically;
      2. the presence and operation of malware, including: computer viruses, i.e. a special type of software that, when executed, can infect the User’s files in a self-replicating manner, usually without being noticed by the User; viruses may cause varying degrees of damage to the host operating system; such software may be distributed as e-mail attachments;
      3. the presence and operations of worms, i.e. malware capable of self-replication; in this case the lack of proper use (software update) of the IT system by the User may result in an effective worm infection in the system;
      4. the possibility of downloading spyware, i.e. a type of software that tracks the User’s online activities, which installs itself without the User’s knowledge, consent, or control;
      5. the possibility of being exposed to cracking or phishing;
      6. sniffing – unauthorised surveillance, other than cracking or phishing, that consists in using a sniffer – a computer programme whose task is to intercept and possibly analyse the data transmitted online;
      7. the possibility of being exposed to operation of other unwanted or “malicious” software that executes tasks unintended by the User.


Section 4. Terms and conditions of concluding and terminating contracts for electronic provision of services

  1. Terms and conditions of concluding a contract
    1. A Service contract may be concluded by persons who entered their e-mail address in the registration form, accepted these T&C, and confirmed their e-mail address;
    2. The person who intends to use the Service must provide his or her e-mail address in the registration form.
  2. The Contract may be terminated, in particular:
    1. upon the User’s request, at any time, and in particular by using the appropriate button found in the footer of each Newsletter;
    2. upon the Administrator’s decision, should the User fail to observe his or her obligations under these T&C;
    3. Termination of this Contract does not constitute withdrawal of the consent to receive Commercial Information. Withdrawal of this consent may be effected in any form, in particular by submitting the relevant request to the following e-mail address: or by sending the request in writing to the following mailing address: Contract Administration Sp. z o.o., ul. Hrubieszowska 2, 01-209 Warszawa.
  3. The Administrator reserves the right to terminate the Newsletter service without giving reason with advance notice to the Users.


Section 5. Personal data protection, confidentiality, copyright, comments

  1. The Administrator is the controller of the personal data collected for the purposes of providing the Newsletter service.
  2. The Administrator will ensure that the requirements of the personal data protection act dated 29 August 1997 (Polish Journal of Laws Dz.U. of 2015 item 2135, as amended) are satisfied.
  3. Pursuant to these T&C the Administrator will be mailing the marketing information about its products and services until the User objects to this as set forth in the personal data protection act.
  4. Without separate consent the data will not be shared with third parties, except for the parties authorised under the law in force.
  5. You have the right to access and correct your personal data.


Section 6. Final Provisions

  1. Governing law and competent court. The governing law for any and all legal relationships arising from these T&C will be Polish law. Any and all disputes will be resolved by Polish common courts having territorial jurisdiction.
  2. Interpretation of the provisions of these T&C. Section titles are for information purposes only and they will have no effect on the interpretation of the provisions of these T&C.
