This year we celebrate our 30 year anniversary since we started operating on the Polish market. It has been an amazing period for us - full of challenges, dynamic changes and successes. During this time we have developed into an organisation with over 540 staff across 7 locations in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Our story

We started in 1990 as a law firm, which took an active part in supporting the beginnings of the first large international projects on the Polish market. Over the next two years we offered our clients professional HR, payroll and accounting services, becoming pioneers of outsourcing in Poland. 

The 90s was a period of dynamic development for our organization. In order to meet the needs of our clients we opened new offices and expanded our offering.

In the following years we focused on international development. In 2017 we joined as an independent member of the Crowe Global network, the 8th largest advisory and accounting network in the world, operating in 130 countries.

In 2019 we launched the Advartis brand, which brings together all companies operating under the Crowe, Contract Administration and TGC Corporate Lawyers brands in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. 

Our customers

Our relations with clients have always been based on partnership, mutual understanding and respect. Although technological development and implementation of innovative solutions are central to our daily operations, we also still attach great importance to personal contact with our business partners. Every client is equally important to us, regardless of the size or scope of our cooperation.

We are very pleased that today there are nearly 100 companies among our clients who have been working with us for over 20 years. This is not only a source of great satisfaction for us, but also gives us motivation to continue to develop and meet their expectations.

Our team

Our team have made us the organisation which we are now. Due to their commitment, openness and courage, today our group employs more than 500 people in 3 countries and provides comprehensive services to support the business of our clients from all over the world.
