It is an additional solution which allows us to support directly the client’s employees and affect their level of work satisfaction. This portal allows each employee for easy access to his own data related to i.a.  remuneration and leave. The data are updated on a regular basis thanks to their automatic downloading from the payroll and personnel system.


Without involving its own personnel department employees may check information concerning remuneration, personal data or absences in a simple and quick way. They may also download payslips/RMUA forms, PIT declarations and submit leave requests electronically, and their superiors may have direct access to the data of their subordinates.

Thanks to electronic transfer of documents the portal has huge advantages:

  • facilitates service of all employees inside the client’s company
  • significantly eases employees of the client’s personnel department by eliminating on-going and routine actions
  • saves time
  • minimizes the number of paper documents
  • ensure a higher level of employees’ satisfaction by referring to their independence and quick access to information.

The portal has the following modules:

  • pay slips
  • PIT declarations
  • workflow
  • planning and settling working time
  • data exchange platform

DATA EXCHANGE PLATFORM
This solution combined the functionality of the employee portal and the client’s information portal. It allows for exchange of data related to the area of payroll and personnel services in a secure and quick way. Depending on the entitlements granted the client’s employee may have access to specific resources of information while keeping it confidential. As part of this service we offer:

  • in the area of personnel services: access to basic data related to employment and possibility of checking correctness of the registered data by employees and, if necessary, requesting for changing them (e.g. address, bank account etc.)
  • in the area of payroll services: access to payslips and annual PIT declarations in the PDF format
  • direct data exchange: possibility of transferring information between the sender and receiver without using e-mail and attachments

Thanks to the module structure of the system the client may select only these functionalities which are necessary for him, and Contract Administration may develop and extent it constantly while being in line with the market expectations.
The module structure of the IT system also allows for adjustment to the client’s requirements in the area of presentation, data transfer or forms of reports.

Our data exchange platform ensures:

  • fast data transfer (in real time)
  • access to data from any place in the world (Web browser and mobile devices)
  • transparent way of ordering and transferring data (legible folders and schemes)
  • limitation of the amount of paper documentation (electronic transfer of documents)
  • data security (access to the account encrypted with the SSL protocol, making backup copies on an everyday basis, verified Polish servers)
